IT Technician

Position: IT Technician
Start date: Immediate start
Job Hours: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
 
Job description:
- To work across two primary school settings evaluating on the ICT service and delivery and supporting with improvements where necessary.
-To ensure that the schools are receiving a strong standard of technical support.
-Support staff and pupils with any technical issues or queries.
-Work closely with your line manager to ensure any problems are resolved in a  quick time frame.
- Adhering to company policies and completing routine checks and assessments.
- Supporting with new technical equipment and setting it up accurately within the setting.
-Contributing new ideas to the ICT team.
 
Successful candidates should:
- Have experience as a ICT/IT technician within a school setting.
-Show strong knowledge surrounding IT and equipment.
-Be aware and have a full understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
